BREAKING NEWS!!!!!  TREE OF HOPE WINS NATIONAL AWARD!!!!!

The Tree of Hope project team are extremely proud to announce that the initiative has won the Community Capacity Building - Community Participation and Partnership Award in the National Awards for Local Government.  Tree of Hope was selected from over 300 entrants as the winner in this category, and will also now be judged against all other category winners for the overall National Local Government Award.  The project team wish to extend their congratulations and thanks to every person who was involved in Tree of Hope - what a thrill!

The University of Tasmania and the Launceston City Council have worked together to give primary school children in Launceston the opportunity to celebrate their hopes and dreams for the future.
